About the role

Brand Engine Advertising Corp.', an events and advertising agency, seeks a talented and driven Account Manager to join its dynamic team. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of exceptional client services and the successful implementation of events and marketing plans. This is a full-time position based in Pasig City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their evolving business needs
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that achieve client objectives
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
  • Provide regular progress updates and performance reports to clients, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth
  • Proactively anticipate and address client concerns, implementing effective solutions to maintain client satisfaction
  • Contribute to the development of new business proposals and participate in client pitches
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform strategic recommendations for clients

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an account management or client servicing role within the advertising, marketing, or communications industry
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, effectively managing their expectations and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, concise, and compelling narratives
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with project management tools
  • A creative mindset with a keen understanding of marketing strategies and digital advertising
  • Degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
