Job Description- JOB DESCRIPTION: Periodically conduct maintenance surveys and safety audits to determine repair and renovation needs
- Initiate improvement, cleanliness, maintenance and order in the building
- Prioritizes technical work to be done in accordance with safety, time duration and budget
- Attends to tenant inquiries, complaints and requests
- Performs other job related duties as assigned
- Graduate of Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Property & Building Management, Marketing/Business Management or equivalent
- Building/Facilities management – must have good technical and management skills
- Product Knowledge – deep understanding of mall/retail industry
- Amenable to work 6x a week, during holidays and to work longer hours
- License Electrical/Mechanical Engineer is an advantage
- At least 2-4 years of related experience
- Preferably 2 years specializing in building/facility management
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Attentive with a sense of urgency; hardworking and responsible
- Keen to details and able to manage multiple responsibilities
- Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Standard office equipment; English and Filipino
