Job Description
  • JOB DESCRIPTION: Periodically conduct maintenance surveys and safety audits to determine repair and renovation needs
  • Initiate improvement, cleanliness, maintenance and order in the building
  • Prioritizes technical work to be done in accordance with safety, time duration and budget
  • Attends to tenant inquiries, complaints and requests
  • Performs other job related duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Graduate of Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Property & Building Management, Marketing/Business Management or equivalent
  • Building/Facilities management – must have good technical and management skills
  • Product Knowledge – deep understanding of mall/retail industry
  • Amenable to work 6x a week, during holidays and to work longer hours
  • License Electrical/Mechanical Engineer is an advantage
  • At least 2-4 years of related experience
  • Preferably 2 years specializing in building/facility management
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Attentive with a sense of urgency; hardworking and responsible
  • Keen to details and able to manage multiple responsibilities
  • Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Standard office equipment; English and Filipino
