Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Specialist located in Davao. The Technical Support Specialist will handle a range of tasks, including troubleshooting technical issues, providing customer support, resolving inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining detailed records of all interactions. The role also requires collaboration with different teams to deliver efficient and effective technical solutions. You will serve as the first point of contact to resolve issues and enhance the client experience through proactive support. Qualifications Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting necessary to resolve technical issues effectively Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to provide exceptional service and resolve inquiries Analytical Skills to evaluate and determine the best solutions for technical challenges Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers and team members Experience with call center tools and systems is an advantage Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Relevant certifications or training in technical support are a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
