Responsibilities Work with the team on Employee Relations, lead stakeholder engagement on company policies and procedures (i.e., the development of new changes to existing policies and procedures) and ensure that the company’s HR policy framework reflects the needs of the organization and its workforce. Support and maintain company policies and procedures which provide general and practical advice and guidance for managers and staff on a range of employment issues. Ensure policies and procedures support the company’s strategy, enhance the employer brand and foster a culture of trust, fairness and inclusion. Maintain company policies and procedures to ensure they comply with new and existing legislation and case law. Undertake scheduled review of company policies and procedures to ensure they remain fit for purpose and reflect the latest developments in effective people management. Ensure that HR communication is engaging, up to date and enables employees to find the policies and procedures they are looking for quickly and easily. Provide HR policy interpretation to colleagues in HR on complicated and/or contentious matters. Assist and participate in resolving employee relations issues and other labor disputes. Assist in communication with all employees as appropriate, on human resources matters that affect them. Respond to queries and requests for information on HR policies, working conditions, performance management systems etc. Perform assigned tasks when necessary.
