Role: HR Helpdesk Team Member

Responsibilities
  • Handle Tier 1 HR helpdesk queries (primarily calls) from client employees, line managers, vendors and other third parties in line with defined procedures and the knowledge base.
  • Address queries related to HR Policies, Employee Data Management, Payroll, Benefits, Learning and Development, and other HR topics with accuracy and aim for first time closure.
  • Log call details in the ticketing tool with proper notes and maintain data privacy as required.
  • Maintain and improve quality by adhering to standards and guidelines and suggesting procedural improvements.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Educational Background: Graduate in any discipline.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office applications).
  • Typing speed of 30 wpm with 100% accuracy.
  • Ability to adapt to new tools using logical approaches.
  • Work experience as per the job grade.
  • International voice process experience is mandatory; domestic voice process experience is not required.
  • Experience in International HR Helpdesk is preferred; understanding of core HR operations and HR systems/case management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy) is desirable.
  • Understanding of Service Level Agreements and telephony tools (e.g., Avaya).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, probing, problem-solving, decision-making, attention to detail, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Learning agility and good researching skills.

  • Understanding of various HR processes and data privacy requirements.
