As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving business success by aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. You will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to specific business units, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving business success by aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. You will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to specific business units, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and translate them into effective HR strategies. Proactively identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities within the assigned business units. Partner with leadership to develop and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning, performance management, and career development. Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work culture. Implement and monitor performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and compensation planning. Employee Experience: Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, such as employee recognition programs, wellness programs, and team-building activities. Provide guidance and support on employee policies, procedures, and benefits. Conduct regular employee surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues. Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate HR risks. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize HR analytics to track key metrics, identify trends, and inform strategic decision-making. Prepare regular reports on HR performance, workforce planning, and other relevant metrics. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on HR Business Partnering. Proven ability to build strong relationships with business leaders at all levels. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
