Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Associate, located in Taguig. The Human Resource Associate will be responsible for HR management and operations, supporting the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives. Daily tasks include managing recruitment and selection processes. The role also involves maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
  • Prior experience in an HR role within the real estate or construction industry is a plus
