Human Resources Supervisor

The Human Resources Supervisor exists to provide strategic and operational oversight of human resources department functions, ensuring employee lifecycle management, regulatory compliance, and alignment with organizational goals through structured performance coaching, efficient documentation, and proactive HR service delivery.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration (BSBA), Human Resource Management, or any related field.
2. At least 2–3 years of meaningful experience in an HR supervisory role.
3. People person
Possesses strong leadership in the following areas, in particular to:
- Workflow management
- Policy enforcement
- Team support and development
- Communication across all levels of the organization
- Initiative building
- Conflict resolution
An advantage:
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA) or Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP)
