Job Description Develop and implement HR strategies to support recruitment, retention, and employee engagement aligned with business goals. Oversee talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top candidates for various roles. Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and career development. Ensure compliance with Philippines labor laws, HR policies, and regulatory requirements. Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation programs, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness. Analyze HR metrics to provide insights and improve workforce planning and performance. Collaborate with leadership management and HR Leadership in Headquarter (HQ) to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives and growth plans. Be responsible for the company\'s administrative affairs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred). At least 5 years of HR experience, with 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of Philippines employment laws and HR best practices. Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics tools. Ability to work strategically and independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the automotive or high-growth industries is a plus.
