Responsibilities- Strategic Oversight of the Entire Supply Chain: Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with the company's vision to minimize late and erroneous deliveries, improve protocols, and ensure systematic operations; oversee the integration of procurement, logistics, production, and distribution to optimize end-to-end supply chain performance.
- Leadership and Supervision of Procurement and Logistics Teams: Directly supervise and lead the procurement and logistics staff, mentor and train team members, conduct regular performance reviews, and foster collaboration to improve sourcing, purchasing, transportation, and delivery processes.
- Procurement Management: Oversee procurement processes, maintain supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, monitor supplier performance to minimize delays and errors in material supply.
- Logistics and Distribution Coordination: Manage logistics operations for timely transportation and delivery, integrate logistics with production and distribution processes, and oversee inventory management to prevent stockouts or overstock.
- Operational and Strategic Planning: Lead long-term planning to reduce errors and delays; execute day-to-day operations with procurement and logistics teams; refine processes for systemization and protocol adherence.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply chain activities with business objectives; ensure seamless communication across procurement, logistics, and distribution teams.
- Process Improvement and Systematization: Identify and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs); leverage technology and data analytics to monitor performance and optimize processes.
- Risk Management and Problem Resolution: Anticipate and mitigate supply chain risks; promptly address issues to minimize impact on delivery schedules and customer satisfaction.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish KPIs for procurement, logistics, and supply chain performance; report progress to senior management toward minimizing late deliveries and improving protocols.
- Budget and Resource Management: Manage the supply chain budget and allocate resources efficiently to support goals and vision.
- With at least 5 years of related working experience
- Graduate of 4 years business course or any related course
- Can work with minimum supervision

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
- Production control: Review resource allocation weekly and production plan monthly, and monitor daily output; oversee material supply and ensure smooth production and avoid downtime.
- Delivery performance: Review backlog, analyze root causes of past due orders, oversee abnormal production status, coordinate with sales or TE entities to solve order change issues.
- Inventory control: Manage inventory of raw materials, components, and finished goods; update MRP; manage open purchasing orders and ensure timely actions; monitor demand/capacity and production/quality status; address block inventory; follow RMA timely.
- LT reduction: Analyze capacity and demand to reduce lead time; ensure SAP LT data is accurate and stable.
- PO management: Create/release PO based on MPS; coordinate with operations to ensure timely and accurate PO management.
- Demand & Capacity Analysis: Communicate with customers and global demand team; evaluate demand/status from IBP; control demand and capacity for just-in-time resources.
- MPS & MRP: Make MPS based on demand, capacity, stock policy, and material supply status; schedule incoming material and production accordingly.
- EHS: Attend EHS training; participate in department targets.
- 5+ years of planning and working experience in electronics
- Strong computer/office software skills; familiar with SAP; data processing and analysis
- Open-minded, able to work in a team, and agile with emergencies and deadlines
