Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Order Management Specialist to join our Sales team. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end order process—from order entry and validation to coordination with supply chain, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery. The Order Management role is primarily focused on the operational side of sales fulfillment, ensuring smooth transactions, proper documentation, and customer satisfaction through efficient order processing.

This position follows a hybrid work schedule—with most days spent onsite to collaborate effectively with colleagues, while also enjoying the flexibility of remote work when appropriate.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in order management, sales operations, or related administrative support.
  • Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes, including order entry, tracking, invoicing, and coordination with warehouses/logistics.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP systems or order management platforms is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with sales, warehouse, finance, and clients.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to follow a hybrid schedule, with most days working onsite in Quezon City.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
