As an Order Management Staff, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. Working across sales, logistics, and supply chain teams, you'll play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

What You'll Do

  • Process and validate customer orders with accuracy.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and sales to ensure smooth fulfillment.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and quickly resolve order discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized records and reports for order management.
  • Provide timely and professional support to customer inquiries.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years' experience in order management, logistics, or customer service preferred.
  • Familiarity with ERP/order management systems a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and customer-focused.
