Job Title: ERP·SCM Specialist – Food & Beverage Industry Job Level: Professional / Specialist

Job Summary: The ERP·SCM Specialist is responsible for efficiently managing inventory, logistics networks, ordering, and supply processes across food service operations using an ERP system. This role ensures the smooth flow of ingredients and consumables, stable logistics between commissaries and store locations, and supports data-driven decision-making through accurate ERP utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

ERP System Operation and Maintenance
• Configure and manage ERP systems tailored to food service operations to optimize inventory and logistics flow
• Implement system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshoot issues
• Monitor system usage across commissaries and store branches and provide support

Inventory and Logistics Process Management
• Manage inbound/outbound movements, stock levels, and expiration tracking of ingredients and consumables via ERP
• Analyze and improve logistics between commissaries and stores
• Optimize ordering and delivery processes with suppliers

User Training and Support
• Conduct ERP training for store managers and commissary staff
• Develop user manuals and operational guides
• Ensure compliance with system SOPs and best practices

Data Analysis and Reporting
• Generate reports based on ERP data including inventory turnover, ordering patterns, and cost analysis
• Maintain dashboards and KPIs to support executive decision-making

Project and System Improvement
• Participate in ERP module expansion and system improvement projects
• Collaborate with external consultants and internal IT teams
• Test and validate system functions to ensure stable deployment

Security and Compliance
• Manage system access controls and maintain data security
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company data policies

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Logistics Management, Business Administration, Food Service Management, or related fields
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in ERP and SCM roles within the food service or retail industry
• Technical Skills: o Experience operating ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics preferred) o Understanding of inventory control, logistics operations, and ordering processes o Familiarity with database tools such as SQL is a plus
• Soft Skills: o Strong communication and documentation skills o Problem-solving and project management capabilities o Detail-oriented and highly organized
