Overview We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Order Management Coordinator to join our operations team. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end order fulfillment process—from processing customer orders to coordinating deliveries and ensuring accurate, on-time execution. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in order processing and logistics coordination, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work closely with sales, warehousing, and logistics teams. This position plays a key role in ensuring operational efficiency and exceptional service to customers. Key qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in order management or customer service operations. Proficient in order entry, tracking, and delivery coordination. Strong understanding of sales order workflows and fulfillment procedures. Experience working with ERP or order management systems is an advantage. Excellent communication and coordination skills across teams and customers. High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and scheduling. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle time-sensitive requests. Reliable, proactive, and customer-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Willing to follow a hybrid work schedule, with most days onsite for close coordination with operations teams.
