Junior Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Junior Customer Service Specialist to join our eCommerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our online customers, ensuring a seamless shopping experience. This role involves handling enquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional demeanour. Key Responsibilities Customer Support: Respond to customer enquiries via email, chat, and phone, providing prompt and accurate information about products, orders, and policies. Order Management: Assist with processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and promptly. Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating complex cases to senior team members when necessary. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products and services. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as logistics and marketing, to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in eCommerce customer service. Qualifications Experience Previous experience in customer service, particularly in eCommerce, is preferred. Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Personal Attributes Positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.
