About the role The Customer Service Support Specialist will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to clients of CPI Management Services, one of the leading retail and consumer products companies in the Philippines. This full‑time position is based in Pasig City, Metro Manila, and will be an integral part of the customer service team, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers. What you’ll be doing Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, providing accurate information and effective solutions. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and document all case resolutions. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and to identify opportunities for process improvements. Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge. Provide support and guidance to less experienced team members as needed. What we’re looking for Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly, empathetic, and professional manner. Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities to effectively address and resolve customer concerns. Proficient in using customer service software, databases, and other relevant tools. Demonstrated experience in a customer service or support role, preferably within the retail or consumer products industry.
