Job Summary We’re hiring a US Healthcare Recruiter to source and place top-tier healthcare professionals across the US. If you have a strong understanding of healthcare roles and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, we want you on our team. Responsibilities Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for various healthcare positions, including Registered Nurses, Medical Assistants, Healthcare Admin Staff, and other clinical and nonclinical roles. Coordinate with US-based clients to understand hiring needs and job requirements. Use tools like job boards, ATS, and VMS platforms to track and manage candidates. Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely submittals to meet client expectations. Stay updated on healthcare hiring trends and compliance standards. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of US healthcare recruitment experience Familiarity with US healthcare roles, terminology, and credentialing requirements. Experience using ATS and VMS systems for sourcing and reporting. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
