Your Role As a Recruitment Manager, Healthcare (Offshoring) , you will be at the forefront of attracting and hiring top talent for our remote healthcare teams. Your expertise will be crucial in building and maintaining a strong workforce that delivers exceptional patient care and meets our strategic goals, all while operating in an offshore capacity. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to the unique demands of the offshore healthcare industry, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified clinical and non-clinical professionals for our global operations. Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team, specializing in international healthcare recruitment, to meet performance targets and align with business objectives. Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and key stakeholders within our healthcare facilities, providing expert guidance and innovative solutions to their remote staffing needs. Analyze global healthcare market trends and recruitment data to inform and refine talent acquisition strategies, ensuring we remain competitive in the international hiring landscape. Drive continuous improvement by optimizing recruitment processes and enhancing the candidate experience for healthcare professionals, from application to onboarding, with a focus on remote hiring best practices. Foster a culture of professional growth for your team through coaching, performance reviews, and succession planning within the healthcare offshoring vertical. Collaborate across departments to align recruitment strategies with our broader organizational objectives, including diversity and inclusion initiatives for the global healthcare workforce. What You Will Need At least 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role. Demonstrated expertise in recruiting healthcare professionals for offshore and remote teams, including a deep understanding of roles such as registered nurses, medical coders, and virtual administrative assistants. Proven track record in recruitment operations, strategic planning, and managing relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders in a global healthcare setting. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills to effectively lead a team and drive results in a dynamic, international healthcare environment. Flexibility to work additional hours and travel across various international sites as needed to support recruitment efforts.
