About the Role: We’re hiring a high-performing Recruiter with strong agency experience (healthcare preferred) to manage full-cycle physician recruitment. The role begins as an individual contributor with a clear path to Team Lead based on results. The main goal is maximizing output—high KPIs, a strong submissions-to-hire ratio, and speed. Phase 1 – Individual Contributor (Months 1–12) As an individual contributor, you will focus on high-volume physician recruitment and sourcing using our proprietary, AI-augmented systems. Key Responsibilities Sourcing, screening and submitting qualified physicians and clinicians nationwide. Maintaining active pipelines of 200+ candidates across 20+ specialties. Managing data accurately in ATS/CRM (Bullhorn, JobDiva, Salesforce, etc.). Collaborating with Account Managers to meet client needs (Locum Tenens and Direct Hire). Using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and internal AI tools to identify top talent. Supporting intern onboarding and quality-check postings for 3–5 interns. Performance Targets Ramp to 50–75 candidates per month within the first 3 months. Maintain 100–120 candidates per month thereafter. Maintain 95% data accuracy and submit 20–30 candidates monthly. Phase 2 – Team Lead (Months 12–15 and beyond) Upon meeting promotion criteria, you will transition into a Team Lead role. Responsibilities include managing a small recruiting team (8–10 members or interns), coaching and training on sourcing, tools, and recruitment best practices, conducting weekly 1-on-1s to monitor KPIs, ensuring quality compliance, and streamlining data and workflows across recruitment systems. Qualifications Must-Have 2+ years of recruitment agency experience (healthcare strongly preferred). Proven high-volume sourcing (50+ candidates per month). Excellent English communication (C1 level or higher). ATS/CRM proficiency and ability to quickly learn new systems. Strong reliability, attention to detail, and self-motivation. Demonstrated leadership potential and desire to grow into management. Preferred Locum Tenens or travel-healthcare experience. Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search skills. Experience mentoring or training recruiters. Compensation & Benefits Phase 1: $15 per hour + bonus up to $500 per month.Phase 2: Base salary $2,600–$3,200 per month + bonus up to $600 per month (totaling $42,000–$55,000 annually).Benefits include 15 days of PTO after a 6-month probation period, 8 paid U.S. federal holidays, a $500 annual professional development budget, LinkedIn Recruiter license and premium tools, and a 100% remote, flexible schedule. About the Role This is a phased growth position with a clear, metrics-based path from a productive individual contributor to a Team Leadership role. The ideal candidate will be an expert in the healthcare staffing or clinical recruitment space, capable of acting as a productive account manager for specific requirements. Phase 1: Months 1-12 | Focus: Recruiting Excellence As an individual contributor, you will focus on high-volume Physician Recruitment & Sourcing using our proprietary, AI-augmented systems. Key Responsibilities (80% Focus) Physician Recruitment & Sourcing: Actively source, screen, and recruit medical professionals (primarily Physician candidates) for clinical roles across the U.S. Pipeline Management: Build and maintain active pipelines of 200+ engaged physicians across 20+ specialties . Speed & Efficiency: Manage the recruitment pipeline with a focus on speed, aiming for a Time to Presentation typically less than 6 hours. Tool Utilization: Utilize provided in-house/proprietary tools, technology, and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.) for lead generation. Data Management: Manage job postings and candidate pipelines, ensuring all documentation is accurately streamlined and maintained in the internal CRM/Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Client Coordination: Coordinate with Account Managers to understand specific staffing requirements (Locum Tenens vs. Direct Hire). Coordination & Training Support (20% Focus) Manage 3-5 recruitment interns or a class of onboarding interns. Provide quality review of intern job postings and interview scheduling support. Offer feedback to recruitment interns and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Success Metrics Months 1-3: Ramp to 50-75 candidates/month Months 4-12: Consistently deliver 100-120 candidates/month 95%+ data accuracy in ATS 20-30 submitted candidates to account managers monthly Phase 2 & 3: Leadership Transition & Full Team Lead Role Upon meeting the strict promotion criteria (typically Months 12-15), you will transition into a Team Lead role, taking on management and training responsibilities. Key Leadership Responsibilities (40-50% Focus) Team Leadership & Oversight: Serve as a Team Lead for a small group of employees and/or a class of onboarding interns (growing to 8-10+). Training & Mentorship: Assist in onboarding and executing an existing in-depth and rigorous training program for new recruitment staff or interns on sourcing techniques, proprietary tools, and recruitment best practices. Performance Management: Conduct weekly 1-on-1s , manage workflow coordination, and provide guidance to ensure the team is effective, meets performance goals, and maintains high-quality standards. Quality Assurance: Execute quality assurance on intern job postings, aiming for a 95%+ accuracy standard. Administrative & Operational Support: Ensure all recruitment data, processes, and documentation are accurately streamlined across the team. Required Qualifications & Profile Must-Have Requirements Experience (Must-Have): 2+ years significant previous recruitment experience in the healthcare/clinical space , particularly with physicians (more intensive) or specialized clinical roles (nursing or other clinical roles is acceptable). High-Volume Sourcing: Demonstrated ability to execute high-volume sourcing (50+ candidates monthly minimum) using LinkedIn, job boards, and creative methods. Software Proficiency: Proficiency with sourcing platforms and prior experience with ATS/CRM systems (Bullhorn, JobDiva, Salesforce, or similar) and a strong ability to quickly learn and utilize in-house/proprietary recruitment tools. Communication: Excellent verbal and strong English communication (C1 level minimum) and written skills suitable for a training and recruitment environment. Work Ethic: A high degree of self-motivation, reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to put in the time necessary to achieve key results. Management Interest: Must actively desire and demonstrate potential to grow into a leadership/management role. Strongly Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in Locum Tenens or travel healthcare. Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search skills. Experience in metrics-driven environments. Any formal coaching, training, or mentoring experience. Compensation & Benefits Year 1 Compensation (Recruiting Focus): Flexible Salary + Bonus up to $500/month ($6,000/year max). Year 2+ Compensation (Team Lead Focus): Base $2,600-$3,200/month + Bonus up to $600/month ($7,200/year max), totaling $42,000-$55,200 annually .
