About the Role:

We are seeking a Sourcer/Recruiter to join our fast-growing global staffing agency. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and qualifying top talent from Kenya, the Philippines, and Latin America to support our international client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing & Outreach: Identify candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and databases. Build pipelines for current and future roles. Use Boolean searches and creative sourcing strategies.
• Screening & Qualification: Conduct initial candidate screenings for skills, availability, communication, and fit. Present qualified candidates to recruiters or hiring managers with clear notes. Maintain candidate engagement.
• Collaboration & Reporting: Work with recruiters and client managers to understand role requirements. Track sourcing activities in ATS/CRM. Provide weekly pipeline and activity reports.
• Market & Talent Intelligence: Stay updated on job market trends in Kenya, Philippines, and LATAM. Recommend sourcing strategies and maintain talent community relationships.

Qualifications:

• Sourcing or recruiting experience (in-house or agency).
• Strong understanding of global talent sourcing, particularly Kenya, Philippines, and LATAM.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, or CRM tools.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently.

Preferred Skills:

• Staffing/recruitment agency experience.
• Familiarity with remote hiring processes and international time zones.
• Knowledge of sourcing automation tools and advanced search techniques.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

We are seeking a proactive Recruiting Sourcer to identify and generate leads for healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals. You will work closely with recruiters to ensure a seamless transition of candidates and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify healthcare providers through web searches, job boards, and other channels. Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
• Cold Calling & Outreach: Contact potential candidates via calls and emails, presenting opportunities and gathering essential information.
• Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters to transfer qualified candidates for further engagement. Provide detailed candidate insights.
• Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in ATS. Generate reports on leads sourced, contacted, and converted.
• Compliance: Follow legal and ethical standards in sourcing and data handling.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or related field.
• Healthcare recruitment experience is highly desirable.
• Strong research and lead generation skills.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume sourcing with attention to detail.
• Proficient with job boards, social media, and ATS.
