Talent Attraction Manager

The Talent Attraction Manager will lead the end-to-end sourcing function to attract top-tier talent for various BPO roles, from volume hiring to niche positions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong experience in BPO recruitment, data-driven sourcing, and people leadership. The Talent Attraction will be responsible for developing a high-performing sourcing team, driving innovation in talent attraction strategies, and ensuring a strong and sustainable candidate pipeline aligned with business needs. Key Responsibilities Design and implement sourcing strategies tailored to the fast-paced, high-volume hiring demands of the BPO industry. Identify and engage with potential candidates through multiple sourcing channels including social media, job boards, referrals, campus partnerships, and recruitment events. Build and maintain a pool of pre-qualified candidates for critical and hard-to-fill positions. Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure alignment on manpower requirements and timelines. Team Leadership and People Development Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sourcing specialists to meet hiring targets and ensure continuous improvement in performance. Foster a culture of growth, collaboration, and accountability within the sourcing team. Conduct regular coaching sessions and skills training focused on sourcing innovation, communication, and candidate engagement. Identify high-potential team members and create career development plans to support succession and growth within the team. Process Improvement and Innovation Continuously review and improve sourcing processes for better efficiency, scalability, and candidate experience. Introduce and maximize the use of sourcing tools, AI-driven platforms, and analytics to optimize sourcing performance. Partner with marketing and branding teams to strengthen employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns. Data and Reporting Track and analyze key sourcing metrics (e.g., lead generation rate, time-to-fill, conversion rate, source of hire, cost-per-hire). Prepare regular performance reports and provide insights on hiring trends, market intelligence, and candidate behavior. Use data-driven insights to recommend strategic actions that enhance sourcing outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. At least 5–7 years of solid experience in talent sourcing , preferably within the BPO or shared services industry . Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or managerial capacity . Strong understanding of BPO hiring dynamics, including mass recruitment, night-shift sourcing, and multilingual hiring. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop sourcing teams in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and sourcing analytics tools. #J-18808-Ljbffr
