About the Role

Yngen Datacom Corp is growing, and we are looking for a strategic and results-driven Sourcing Manager to lead our recruitment efforts for both BPO and Corporate hiring. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in building strong talent pipelines.

As a Sourcing Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that we attract, engage, and hire the best candidates in the market. You will also play a key part in shaping our sourcing strategies and driving recruitment excellence that supports the company's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sourcing and recruitment team to achieve hiring goals and deadlines.
  • Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across all levels.
  • Partner with Operations and Department Heads to identify manpower needs and develop targeted hiring plans.
  • Oversee the full recruitment process from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire to improve overall efficiency.
  • Strengthen Yngen Datacom Corp's employer brand through proactive candidate engagement and a positive recruitment experience.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, data privacy regulations, and labor standards.
  • Mentor and coach recruiters to enhance team capability and performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in sourcing or talent acquisition, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or managerial role within a BPO or shared services environment.
  • Strong understanding of high-volume recruitment and sourcing best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and goal-oriented.
