About the role

As a Sales Manager at PETROPLAS TRADING INCORPORATED', you'll play a crucial role in driving the company's sales success. This full-time position is based in San Pedro City Laguna, where you'll be responsible for leading and motivating a talented sales team to achieve ambitious targets.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals
  • Managing and supporting a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, training, and performance management
  • Analysing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Representing the company at industry events and building strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Monitoring and reporting on sales activities, budgets, and KPIs

What we're looking for

  • Substantial experience (8+ years) in a sales management role, preferably within the Sales, manufacturing and food industries.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales targets and leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive data-driven decision-making
  • Familiarity with the latest sales techniques and technologies
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
