Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment activities-from sourcing and interviewing to client coordination and candidate onboarding. Your role ensures seamless hiring processes, impactful talent placements, and a superior client and candidate experience.

The Qualifications We Seek
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or equivalent
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition
Skills and Knowledge:
- Proficiency in MS Suite
- Competency in database management and record keeping
- Working knowledge of recruitment processes and workflows
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- High emotional intelligence and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic, passion for recruiting, and proactive strategies
- Business acumen and critical thinking skills
Your Daily Tasks
Recruitment and Other Expertise
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to job offer
- Coordinate with Business Development, Account Management, Finance, IT, and Facilities teams to meet client requirements
- Attend recruitment calibration calls
- Utilize recruitment tools and channels for sourcing best-fit candidates
- Develop and maintain a continuous talent pipeline across IT, Sales and Marketing, Engineering/Industrial, Accounting and Finance, and Back Office/Business Support
- Conduct paper-screening and initial interviews
- Prepare assessment forms and quality-check all candidate documents
- Schedule and facilitate client interviews
- Follow up with POCs for updates and candidate status
- Update recruitment system records
- Prepare and execute job offers and contracts
- Assist with reference checks and pre-employment requirements
- Coordinate onboarding logistics as needed
- Submit recruitment reports as scheduled
- Conduct market research on recruitment trends
- Deliver excellent client and candidate service experience
- Promote brand awareness and recruitment best practices
- Maintain candidate information in the ATS daily
- Generate recruitment metric reports
- Create and maintain filing systems for resumes, applications, and recruitment paperwork
Sourcing Strategies
- Document and share research methods with team members
- Train recruiters on new platforms (sites, blogs, RSS, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Develop a diverse and ongoing pipeline of candidates
- Manage referral sources
- Use technical tools to attract a high-quality candidate pool
Effective Communication
- Maintain effective verbal and written communication with all stakeholders
- Provide accurate and timely responses to queries
Other Responsibilities
- Perform administrative or non-administrative duties as assigned
