- At least 1–6 months of BPO or call center experience preferred for several roles; fresh graduates accepted for some postings.
- Good English communication skills; ability to type and use computers.
- Willing to work onsite in Baguio City or other listed sites; willing to work in shifting or graveyard schedules as required.
- Must be at least 18 years old in most postings; some roles specify age requirements.
- Salary ranges vary by position, commonly up to Php 22,500 per month, with some postings offering up to Php 30,000 or more.
