Bilingual Repairs & Billing Coordinator

Compensation & Schedule:

  • $7/hour
  • Full-time, remote, aligned with U.S. business hours

Responsibilities:

  • Liaison between General Repairs and Billing teams
  • Review, organize, and prepare repair jobs for billing
  • Ensure accuracy of job details, costs, and documents before billing
  • Track work orders to confirm timely closure
  • Communicate with teams, vendors, and clients in English & Spanish to resolve issues
  • Maintain records in Salesforce or property management platforms
  • Provide updates/reports on pending billing items

Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency in English & Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Experience in property management support, repairs coordination, or billing
  • Familiar with Salesforce or property management systems (AppFolio, Buildium, Propertyware, etc.) – big plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work independently and with remote teams
  • Proactive problem-solver with focus on accuracy and timeliness

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php398.00 per hour
