Virtual Command Center (VCC) Monitoring Analyst Our Service Management Platform is seeking a VCC Monitoring Analyst to join our team in the Philippines. In this position you will ensure proper configuration and continuous monitoring of IT infrastructure using designated tools and support incident and request management processes, proactively identifying issues and driving service improvements aligned with ITIL V3 – Service Operation standards. What you’ll do Configure and maintain monitoring tools to detect performance issues and prevent failures. Manage outages and coordinate incident resolution, including escalation and stakeholder communication. Conduct post‑incident reviews and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions. Lead continuous service improvement initiatives and track service quality metrics. Train junior staff and promote knowledge sharing across teams. Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure transparency and effective problem‑solving. About you Strong knowledge of monitoring processes and tools, ITIL principles, and incident/request management. Experience with Microsoft Office 365, SAP, Salesforce, and diagnostic utilities. Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Graduate in a process‑oriented field (e.g., Industrial or Systems Engineering).
