Job Description:

1. Perform fieldwork from Monday to Thursday, with Friday designated for office reporting.

2. Generate leads and secure at least 5 to 10 prospective merchants per week.

3. Meet the monthly sales quota.

4. Assist clients in coordinating concerns related to POS software and payment channels.

5. Undertake other tasks as assigned from time to time.

6. With an onsite 15-day training period.

Qualifications:

1. 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in software as a service (SaaS), technology, POS systems, or the food and beverage (F&B) industry.

2. Experience working with medium and large-sized businesses, particularly within the F&B sector.

3. Possess local industry resources related to POS solutions within the F&B industry, including hotels, bars, bakeries, and karaoke venues (KTV).

Skills:

1. Proficient in educating merchants about new technologies in a simple and understandable manner.

2. Well-articulated and capable of generating the value of the product and its benefits to merchants, focusing beyond price negotiation.

3. Able to identify key personnel quickly and establish a trusting relationship with them.

Personality Traits:

1. Act as a patient consultant, capable of repeatedly explaining the value of the product.

2. Demonstrates resilience and does not easily give up when faced with rejection.

3. Adaptable and able to adjust to changes within a start-up environment, whether related to product or market strategy.
