The Business Development Officer (BDO) for Integrated Facility Management is responsible for driving business growth through identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and securing service contracts across multiple facility management solutions. The role involves end-to-end business development — from prospecting and proposal preparation to client onboarding and account retention — ensuring the company's expansion and competitiveness in the IFM market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Development and Sales Generation

  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities within commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors (e.g., corporate offices, malls, hospitals, manufacturing facilities).
  • Develop sales strategies to promote the company's IFM services, including janitorial, maintenance, landscaping, pest control, security, and technical operations.
  • Conduct client presentations, site visits, and service demonstrations to showcase company capabilities.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, cost estimates, and service contracts aligned with client needs and company standards.
  • Negotiate terms and close agreements to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
  • Coordinate closely with operations, HR, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery post-contract.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients for feedback, issue resolution, and potential upselling of additional services.

3. Market Research and Competitive Intelligence

  • Monitor trends in the IFM industry, including sustainability, energy management, and automation technologies.
  • Track competitor offerings, pricing models, and market activities to strengthen the company's positioning.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations for new service offerings or market entry strategies.

4. Reporting and Coordination

  • Maintain and update the business development pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports detailing leads, opportunities, and conversion results.
  • Participate in bid conferences, industry expos, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
