Key Account Manager The Key Account Manager is the primary contact for a portfolio of customers and is responsible for establishing and maintaining business relationships with our customers. He will be responsible for opening new business opportunities in different industries aside from the Philippine Financial System (banks), allowing us to reach a different segment of customers with our products and services. This new customer segment must behave as a new sales channel, allowing us to directly reach this market. Clients include casinos, wholesale distributors of food, cigarettes, soft drinks, etc. For these purposes, a new client in this segment will be one who signs a contract directly with ATPI, without having a bank as an intermediary. He must use our current portfolio of products and services as well as develop new ones based on the needs survey by the KAM Business development. He must undergo a process of evaluating his performance that allows us to evaluate his fulfilment of goals and objectives in quarterly time horizons.
