Overview

Senior Operations Manager - Talent Acquisition | Digital Marketing | Recruitment Branding


Responsibilities
  • Handles overall management of various campaigns, which includes all processes and services within the division. This includes regular monitoring of site performance through available standards and metrics ensuring that company's goals and objectives are achieved
  • Evaluates various process, policies and procedures the group for further improvements (e.g., training period, production planning, automation initiatives, etc.)
  • Coordinates with various Corporate Support and/or Operations Support Groups to discuss and address escalated operational issues, queries, and concerns
  • Handles overall management of various campaigns ensuring continuous monitoring of profitability and service delivery performance of programs

Qualifications
  • Graduate of any four-year course.
  • Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in project management or an equivalent managerial role.
  • Proven track record in client management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience leading large-scale teams of 300+ FTEs, including multi-site and cross-country operations.
  • Strong background in data analysis, with proficiency in SQL or other data tools.
  • Demonstrated success in initiating and implementing process automation projects.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional English oral and written communication skills.
  • Willing to work onsite in Paranaque or Laguna
