We're Hiring: Operations Manager – Food & Beverage / Catering Industry

Work Location: NAIA, Pasay City & Clark International Airport

Work Setup: Onsite

Work Schedule: Day Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure operational and financial targets are consistently achieved.
  • Oversee systems, KPIs, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Conduct and participate in internal/external audits and implement problem-solving tools.
  • Lead operational strategy development and monitor performance.
  • Resolve customer issues and improve business processes through problem-solving initiatives.
  • Standardize quality approaches across processes and tools.
  • Manage the company's Quality/Excellence models and systems.
  • Promote workforce effectiveness principles to improve productivity and profitability.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor lean systems, operational projects, and procedures to meet customer requirements and support cost and schedule goals.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Business Management, or Technical fields with a strong background in operations management, project management, and business processes.
  • Master's degree is an advantage.
  • Experience in airline catering or food & beverage industry preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TQM, Kaizen, and other operational excellence concepts.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional driver's license (must be able to drive if necessary).
  • Willing to travel to NAIA & Clark Airport (travel expenses covered).
  • Quality Management certifications or Engineering licenses are a plus.
