Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Implementation: Develop and implement production strategies that enhance operational efficiency and product quality, aligned with corporate objectives.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee comprehensive reviews, maintain safety standards, and manage plant performance metrics to meet corporate benchmarks and KPIs.
• Data Analytics: Analyze operational data to optimize resources, address bottlenecks, and implement corrective measures to improve productivity.
• Problem Resolution: Conduct root cause analyses, document solutions, and adjust processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Human Capital Management: Manage forecasting, recruitment, training, and evaluation of staff, fostering a team that excels in performance and innovation.
• Process Engineering: Design and enforce control systems for capital, operational expenditures, and manpower to maximize efficiency and production agility. You:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Management, or related field. Master's in Business Administration or Industrial Management preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Plant Management, Production Management, Six Sigma, or LEAN manufacturing.
• Skills: Strong grasp of business and management principles, leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Management, or related field. Master's in Business Administration or Industrial Management preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Plant Management, Production Management, Six Sigma, or LEAN manufacturing.
