Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily business operations across all departments
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics and KPIs
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control initiatives
  • Lead and mentor operational staff; recruit and train new team members
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and legal guidelines
  • Identify areas of improvement and propose solutions for process optimization
  • Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and execution
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships
  • Prepare regular reports for upper management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • Preferably with experience in Fast-Food Chain
  • Proven experience (typically 5–7 years) in an operations management or similar leadership role
  • Strong understanding of business operations, supply chain, and budgeting
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
