SMDC Pasay, National Capital Region, Philippines Executive Assistant The Executive Assistant shall provide secretarial and administrative support to the Head and other Executives of the Procurement Department. Responsibilities Act as the point person between the Procurement Head and internal/external clients. Provide administrative assistance such as taking calls, writing and editing e‑mails, drafting memos, preparing communications and routing correspondence. Organize meetings and appointments. Take minutes of the meeting, capture key discussion points, decisions made and action items assigned to specific individuals. Prepare reports and presentation materials as requested by the Procurement Executives. Maintain an organized filing system of documents. Attend to queries/concerns appropriately for the Procurement Executives. Maintain a strict level of confidentiality. Provide minor administrative assistance to the Procurement Group as needed. Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in any four‑year Business‑related course. 1 to 2 years work experience related to Administrative and Secretarial function. Proficient with MS Office. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
