Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align sales strategies with business goals. Prepare business proposals, presentations, and detailed reports for stakeholders. Negotiate contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements are secured. Attend industry conferences, events, and networking functions regularly. Monitor and report on sales performance and key business metrics periodically. Provide ongoing updates and feedback to senior management regarding business development progress. Train and mentor junior team members in sales techniques and best practices. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations regarding new contracts. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business development goals. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written. Ability to develop and sustain strong professional relationships with clients.
