Collaborate with IT teams to ensure systems support business needs efficiently. Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and best practices. Create reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance. Ensure completed solutions align with the initial objectives set by stakeholders. Ensure high-quality standards for project deliverables and documentation. Assist in change management activities to aid successful implementation. Provide ongoing support and training to end-users as necessary. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required. Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Business Analyst in a relevant industry. Strong knowledge of process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and PowerBI. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
