Ensure high-quality standards for project deliverables and documentation. Assist in change management activities to aid successful implementation. Provide ongoing support and training to end-users as necessary. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required. Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Business Analyst in a relevant industry. Strong knowledge of process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and PowerBI. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
