Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRA): Develop a Strong Pipeline: Proactively identify and qualify potential clients in the business enterprise and government sectors across the Bicol Region. Build Lasting Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers in businesses and government agencies. Understand their pain points and challenges, and position our software solutions as the key to overcoming those obstacles. Drive Sales: Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the specific needs of each client. Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations that showcase the benefits and features of our software solutions. Negotiate and Close: Skillfully negotiate contracts and close deals that are mutually beneficial for both (ICT Company Name) and our clients. Champion Customer Success: Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and project management, to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing customer satisfaction. Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously research and stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies relevant to the Philippine market. Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent the company at local industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
