Job Description

We are seeking a Program Reporting Analyst to support our AI Rater Incubation Program. This role combines data analysis with workforce reporting ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of program performance data. You will be responsible for producing clear, actionable reports on both client-facing KPIs (quality, efficiency) and internal operational metrics (attendance, adherence, utilization, real-time monitoring).

As the central point for reporting, you will collaborate with Team Leads, the Linguist Lead, Data Scientist, and the Client Delivery Lead to provide insights that highlight progress, identify risks, and drive performance improvements. This role is on-site and offers a path to grow into leadership roles.

Main Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and maintain program data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Develop and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports covering both client KPIs and internal metrics.
• Build and maintain dashboards and automated reporting tools using Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Sisense, and SQL-based reporting.
• Monitor program data for trends, highlight risks or areas of opportunity, and escalate issues to the Client Delivery Lead.
• Support Team Leads with insights into rater quality, performance, adherence, and productivity.
• Partner with the Linguist Lead to align reporting on quality measures with guideline updates.
• Collaborate with the Data Scientist to connect reporting with deeper analytical insights.
• Provide minimal real-time monitoring support to flag adherence or utilization issues as needed.
• Maintain structured documentation of data sources, reporting methodologies, and KPI definitions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline data collection and improve reporting efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience building reports and dashboards in Looker Studio and/or Sisense.
• Excellent attention to detail with proven ability to ensure data integrity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Effective communication skills, with ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work on-site and align reporting schedules with program needs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with rater evaluation metrics (e.g., Krippendorff's alpha, agreement rates).
• Familiarity with annotation tools and quality monitoring systems.
• Experience in AI or ad relevance programs is a strong plus.

The focus is to create and support dashboards developed in Power BI, R/Python, and other visualization software.
