Responsibilities:

• Understand business requirements independently and cooperatively.
• Architect, design and implement a reliable and scalable automation framework for a real-world machine learning platform.
• Automate tests to assure functional requirements and performance KPIs are met.
• Ensure high product quality through rigorous functional and API level tests.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs; perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Provide technical and group leadership to fellow team members.

Requirements:

• B.S. or MS in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of experience with UI Automation tools such as Selenium; API automation; Jenkins.
• Knowledge and experience with ROBOT automation framework using Python.
• 3+ years of experience with Python and/or J2EE technology or equivalent OO paradigm.
• Experience with test validation via API or database (Snowflake, Hive, AWS) is highly desirable; Athenais is highly desirable.
• Git workflows (branching, merging, conflict resolution).
• Understanding of Agile testing methodologies; web application testing (frontend and backend).
• Comprehensive test planning experience; Jira preferred; Kafka, Elasticsearch and SQL/NoSQL databases (Aerospike, Thrift) desirable; CI and AWS experience desirable.
• Experience with container-based solutions a plus; ability to thrive in a fast-paced tech environment; strong problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on new tasks.

We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist with a proven track record in stakeholder management, marketing automation, and ideally cloud technology. The role requires 4-5 years of experience in managing and optimizing marketing automation processes, particularly within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Customer Data Platforms (CDP).

Responsibilities:

• Primary point of contact for stakeholders across global teams; capture, prioritize and implement requirements in marketing automation platforms.
• Campaign design and implementation; multi-channel campaigns; ensure governance, brand guidelines, and best practices; strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• Experience with stakeholder management and IT background; familiarity with Marketo is a plus.
