This is a remote position.

We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist with a proven track record in stakeholder management, marketing automation, and ideally cloud technology. This role requires a professional with at least 4-5 years of experience in managing and optimizing marketing automation processes, particularly within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Customer Data Platforms (CDP). The specialist will work as part of a collaborative team while working as part of a global marketing stakeholders community, overseeing requests, providing training, following marketing processes, governance, and best practices. The specialist will perform tasks assigned by the Corporate Communications Support Team Manager, Marketing Automations Manager and the Global Head of Web and Marketing Technology.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Primary point of contact for stakeholders across global teams, ensuring their requirements are effectively captured, prioritized, and implemented within marketing automation platforms.
• Manage the completeness of requests and related documents submitted to the marketing automation request queue.
• Campaigns management: Design and implement advanced, multi-channel marketing automation campaigns using templates, ensuring compliance with governance, brand guidelines, and best practices; strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and concepts such as multi-channel campaigns, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
• Training & Mentorship: Train internal stakeholders for tools and processes; mentor Level 1 Marketing Automation Specialists and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Webinar & Survey management: Co-manage configurations of webinars and surveys; train marketers on tool usage for cross-channel promotions.
• Tool Integration management: Support tool integrations, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
• Quality Assurance & SLA: Conduct QA on campaigns, identify errors, ensure compliance with processes, governance, brand guidelines, and best practices; adhere to SLA timelines (respond within 24 hours and complete within the schedule).
• Pro-active & Cross-functional collaboration: Support broader objectives and collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless campaign execution and continuous improvement.
• Trend Awareness and Process Improvement: Stay updated on marketing automation trends and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information management, marketing, communications or related field; 1-2 years HTML/CSS experience is mandatory; IT background preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, organize and analyze information with attention to detail, accuracy and validity.
• Experience in web publishing and supporting technologies (HTML, CSS, Adobe Photoshop and others) is advantageous.
• Experience with Eloqua Marketing Automation is a plus; familiarity with Stakeholder management.
• Experience in marketing automation with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CDP is ideal.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; highly organized and proactive with strong project management abilities.
• Fresh graduates with HTML/CSS knowledge are welcome to apply.

Benefits – Work Arrangement: Hybrid, with 1-2 days in the office per week; flexible shift.

Salary: From Php 30,000 per month (as stated in listing) + benefits including company events, health insurance, and opportunities for promotion.
