We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist with a proven track record in stakeholder management, marketing automation, and ideally cloud technology. This role requires a professional with at least 4-5 years of experience in managing and optimizing marketing automation processes, particularly within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Customer Data Platforms (CDP). The specialist will work as part of a collaborative team within a global marketing stakeholders community, overseeing requests, providing training, following marketing processes, governance, and best practices. The specialist will perform tasks assigned by the Corporate Communications Support Team Manager, Marketing Automations Manager and the Global Head of Web and Marketing Technology.

Responsibilities
  • Primary point of contact for stakeholders across global teams; capture, prioritize, and implement requirements within marketing automation platforms; manage the completeness of requests and related documents in the marketing automation request queue.
  • Design and implement advanced, multi-channel marketing automation campaigns using templates, ensuring compliance with governance, brand guidelines, and best practices; strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and concepts such as multi-channel campaigns, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
  • Train internal stakeholders on tools and processes; mentor Level 1 Marketing Automation Specialists; provide feedback to enhance team performance.
  • Co-manage configuration of webinars and surveys; train marketers to use tools and run cross-channel promotions.
  • Support tool integrations and ensure processes adhere to industry best practices.
  • Quality Assurance and SLA: conduct QA on campaigns, ensure alignment with processes, governance, and brand guidelines; adhere to the Marketing Automation team’s SLA and respond to requests within 24 hours; complete requests within agreed timelines.
  • Pro-active & cross-functional collaboration to support broader team objectives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with latest trends in marketing automation and suggest process improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in information management, marketing, communications, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, accuracy, and validity.
  • Experience in web publishing and supporting technologies (HTML, CSS; Adobe Photoshop is advantageous).
  • 1-2 years of HTML/CSS exposure (mandatory).
  • Stakeholder management experience; IT background preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience with Eloqua Marketing Automation is advantageous.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills; fresh graduates with HTML/CSS knowledge are welcome.
