We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing projects from inquiry to post-event follow-up. You will work closely with our design, fabrication, and styling teams to deliver seamless and exceptional event experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client inquiries, communications, and relationship-building
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations
  • Oversee project timelines, bookings, and execution
  • Coordinate with production, design, and logistics teams
  • Drive client retention and pursue new business opportunities
  • Support marketing initiatives, including social media and promotions
  • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
