Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of mid-to-large clients and media agencies.
  • Develop deep understanding of client objectives and align OOH strategies accordingly.
  • Lead campaign planning, execution, and post-campaign analysis.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and actively pursue new clients.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.

Campaign Execution:

  • Collaborate with internal operations, creative, and production teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot campaign performance, making adjustments as needed.

Market & Product Knowledge:

  • Stay current with OOH industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
  • Leverage data, audience insights, and measurement tools to drive campaign effectiveness.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Deliver weekly sales report and pipeline of accounts
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis and client feedback.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in events, media planning, brand activations
  • Proven track record of managing client accounts and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php32,000.00 per month
