Job Description

Responsible for independently and cooperatively understanding business requirements. Architecting, designing and implementing a reliable and scalable automation framework for a real-world machine learning platform. Automating tests to assure functional requirements and performance KPIs are met. Ensuring high product quality through rigorous functional and API level tests. Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs. Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved. Providing technical and group leadership to fellow team members.

Requirements

• B.S. or MS in Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years of experience with UI Automation tools such as Selenium, and API automation works, Jenkins
• Knowledge and experience with ROBOT automation framework using Python
• 3+ years of experience working with Python and/or J2EE technology or equivalent OO paradigm
• Experience with automating test validation either via API or through database using Snowflake, Hive or AWS
• Knowledgeable in Git workflows like branching, merging and conflict resolution
• Understanding of Agile testing methodologies
• Web application testing experience (frontend and backend)
• Experience with test planning and test cases
• Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira (preferred)
• Knowledge/experience with Kafka, Elasticsearch, SQL, NoSQL databases (Aerospike, Thrift), CI, and AWS (highly desirable)
• Experience with container-based solutions (a plus)
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on new tasks

Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist with a proven track record in stakeholder management, marketing automation, and cloud technology. 4-5 years of experience in managing and optimizing marketing automation processes, particularly within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Customer Data Platforms (CDP). The specialist will work as part of a collaborative team, overseeing requests, providing training, following marketing processes, governance, and best practices.

Specific Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for stakeholders across global teams; capture, prioritize and implement requirements within marketing automation platforms
• Manage completeness of requests and related documents submitted to the marketing automation request queue
• Campaigns management: design and implement advanced, multi-channel marketing automation campaigns using templates; ensure governance, brand guidelines, and best practices; strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud; multi-channel campaigns, retargeting, campaign optimization
• Training & Mentorship: train internal stakeholders; mentor Level 1 Marketing Automation Specialists
• Webinar & Survey management: configure webinars and surveys; train marketers to use tools for cross-channel promotions
• Tool Integration management: support integrations; ensure processes follow best practices
• Quality Assurance & SLA: conduct QA on campaigns; ensure adherence to processes and brand guidelines
• Adhere to Marketing Automation team SLA; respond within 24 hours and complete within agreed schedules
• Proactive & cross-functional collaboration; support broader team objectives
• Trend awareness and process improvement: stay updated on trends and suggest improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information management, marketing, communications or equivalent
• Strong analytical skills; detail-oriented
• Experience in web publishing and supporting technologies (HTML, CSS; Adobe Photoshop is an advantage)
• HTML/CSS experience 1-2 years (mandatory)
• Experience in Eloqua Marketing Automation
• Stakeholder management experience and IT background
• Experience in marketing automation with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CDP is preferred
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
