An established company that helps entrepreneurs build and scale successful AI businesses is seeking an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Funnel Builder with a keen eye for design. The company provides entrepreneurs with the tools, programs, and systems they need to launch, grow, and thrive — and visually striking, high-performing funnels are a core part of that mission.

This is not an entry-level role. The ideal candidate will know the GHL platform inside and out and be able to build, customize, and optimize funnels confidently and independently. Strong marketing knowledge is a plus, but the top priority is advanced funnel-building expertise paired with the ability to create clean, beautiful designs that convert.

This is a full-time position that requires working during U.S. Daytime business hours.

Responsibilities
  • Build, design, and optimize funnels in GoHighLevel (landing pages, pipelines, automations, and forms).
  • Set up integrations with calendars, payment systems, and email campaigns.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure smooth funnel performance.
  • Collaborate with leadership to translate business goals into effective funnel strategies.
  • (Preferred but not required) Assist with marketing campaigns, ads, or reporting if experienced.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in GoHighLevel funnel building (portfolio or work samples required).
  • Strong understanding of automations, workflows, and integrations.
  • Keen eye for design and ability to create visually appealing funnels that convert.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Marketing knowledge is a plus.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Build and manage end-to-end workflows in GoHighLevel.
  • Set up advanced automations including branching logic, tagging, scoring, and sales pipelines.

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented GoHighLevel Automation Specialist to oversee daily automations, certification cycles, and lead management workflows. This role is all about optimizing pipelines, keeping data clean, ensuring smooth event logistics, and driving higher attendance for certification programs. The right candidate is hands-on with GHL, highly organized, and thrives on improving processes to boost conversions and bookings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own all areas of GHL, including workflows, triggers, pipelines, tags, calendars, forms, surveys, email/SMS, and conversations.
  • Maintain certification workflows: update Zoom links, reminders, and event schedules.
  • Manage tagging, statuses, pipeline stages, and DND settings to ensure seamless lead flow.
  • Confirm proper time zone handling for AU/US audiences and prep for global expansion.
  • Perform QA on launches (forms, emails, SMS, links, pipelines, bookings).
  • Monitor Conversations inbox, resolve failed sends, and report recurring issues.
  • Track deliverability (bounces/spam) and suggest improvements.
  • Recommend optimizations with light A/B testing on copy, timing, and cadence.
  • Drive attendance with outbound confirmation calls within 12–24 hours of opt-in.
  • Route certification graduates to correct founder calendars.
  • Provide weekly dashboards covering opt-ins, attendance, bookings, no-shows, deliverability, and wins.
  • Update SOPs for recurring certifications and future market launches.
  • Duplicate funnels and automations to prepare for U.S. growth.

Required Skills

  • 1–2+ years of GHL experience (workflows, triggers, calendars, pipelines, SMS/email, conversations).
  • Strong English skills (spoken/written); confident on phone, chat, and email.
  • Background in appointment setting, customer success, or client engagement.
  • Skilled in Zoom logistics and event coordination.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Meta ads funnels, pixels, and UTM setup.
  • Basic GHL page editing.
  • Experience running A/B tests on copy/timing.
  • Ability to schedule ready-to-publish content.
  • Analytical mindset for identifying quick wins.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Work on project-based assignments in small and large teams to deliver automated processes
  • Design, develop, and implement custom solutions for the automation of existing or new processes.
  • Implement the full life cycle of an automation solution: identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using advanced automation tools.
  • Troubleshoot and fix major bugs/defects and assist junior developers in making sure issues/requests are resolved appropriately and on time.
  • Introduce and test new technologies to continuously improve the technical capabilities of the team relating to RPA and other automation tools (Noetix, Robocorp, etc.).
  • Create automation sequences (code creation) that will support a specific task or process, including (but not limited to) Office 365, Excel macros, RPA, and other Emerson IT-approved automation tool standards, with a heavy emphasis of their time invested in RPA development.
