Artificial Intelligence Specialist

Overview

Talent Acquisition Manager | Certified Recruitment & Selection Professional (CRSP) | Employer Brand Advocate | Tech / AI Specialist to design, build, and maintain the technical infrastructure powering internal systems and client-facing AI solutions. This role blends AI development, automation, integrations, and technical support, with a focus on building scalable client acquisition machines using conversational AI, workflow automations, and CRM systems.

You’ll be the architect behind our AI Crew (voice + chat agents), ensuring every build is seamless, high-performing, and exceeds client expectations.

• AI Automation Development: Build, deploy, and optimize AI automation workflows to drive lead generation, appointment booking, and customer engagement.
• Engineer prompt-driven logic for conversational agents that produce accurate, context-aware outputs.
• Continuously test and refine automations for efficiency and reliability.

• Conversational AI Solutions: Develop voice AI agents using Retell AI and text-based GPTs to deliver natural, human-like interactions.
• Customize and program AI agents to handle appointment setting, reactivation, and customer service workflows.
• Ensure agents align with client branding, tonality, and KPIs.

• Integrations & Automation Stacks: Integrate GoHighLevel (GHL), Closebot, Retell AI, Make.com, and Relevance AI into cohesive automation stacks.
• Build workflows that connect marketing funnels, CRMs, calendars, and analytics dashboards.

• Software & Systems Support: Maintain internal tools, dashboards, and technical infrastructure supporting Digital Flo operations.
• Troubleshoot issues quickly, ensuring minimal downtime for both internal and client systems.
• Document workflows and build technical SOPs for handoff and scalability.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and client success teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Work directly with clients during build phases to ensure satisfaction and adoption.
• Provide Loom walkthroughs, documentation, and clear communication for each project.

• Continuous Learning & Innovation: Stay ahead of AI, automation, and CRM innovations—proactively recommending improvements.
• Experiment with emerging tools (n8n, advanced APIs, etc.) to expand system capabilities.
• Contribute ideas for long-term product innovation and client success.

• Experience with n8n and API-based automations.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure and responsible AI best practices.
• Background in digital marketing, web development, or SaaS environments.

• Strong understanding of conversational AI (ChatGPT, GPT-4, Retell AI).
• Hands-on experience with automation platforms and CRM systems, especially GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Familiarity with Closebot, Retell AI, Make.com, Relevance AI.
• Ability to design and optimize automated funnels, sequences, and workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
