- Conduct sales and marketing activities, including client mapping, cold calling, email marketing, and delivering presentations on company products and services.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent customer management and after-sales support.
- Perform field sales work, visiting clients, and identifying new opportunities within the semiconductor industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: field sales experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with semiconductor products such as PCB, power supply, burn-in, batteries, and test sockets is an advantage.
- Connections: Existing customer relationships in the semiconductor industry are an advantage.
- Skills:
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Goal-oriented, able to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in sales presentation techniques.
- Other: Driving skills are a plus.
