- The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and promoting the company’s products or services. This role requires proactive engagement with potential clients, effective negotiation skills, and a strong ability to close deals while meeting sales targets. The Sales Executive plays a key role in ensuring the company’s products and services reach the market successfully.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or Account Manager.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and develop lasting business relationships.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive in identifying new business opportunities.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (if required).
