Sales and Marketing Officer

Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies. Manage customer relationships and respond to inquiries promptly. Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities. Collaborate with teams to create promotional materials. Monitor sales performance and prepare reports. Attend trade shows and networking events. Support brand awareness and engage with the community. Identify and pursue new B2B customers and industrial market segments Manage existing customer accounts and provide excellent service Conduct client visits, presentations, and technical product discussions Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and negotiate contracts Meet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, finance) to ensure timely order fulfillment Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns (digital and offline) Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs Manage company presence on digital platforms (website, social media, email campaigns) Create and maintain promotional materials, product catalogs, and trade show displays Organize and represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and customer events Analyze marketing data and campaign effectiveness; suggest improvements Educational Qualifications Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience Level: 2-4 years of experience in sales and marketing roles. Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and cold calling skills. Working Conditions: Office-based with some remote work flexibility; occasional travel may be required.
